If you however want to take Omega-3 daily it can be quite a nuisance. Why use almond milk or coconut drink? These are creamy drinks with which the algae oil blends well. This way you will not taste anything. Unlike when you mix it with water or milk. Don\u2019t forget to rinse the knife and glass well after use.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><!--end of column-->\n                \t\t\t\t<div class=\"column default\">\n                    <h2><b>Trick two:<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Tilt your head forward (instead of backward! <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place the pill on your tongue, take a small sip of water from a glass, and swallow as you tilt your head down toward your chest. This is more ideal for capsule-like pills.
