Usage advice

Dosage
To support health in combination with a healthy diet, we recommend taking 1 capsule per day. Taking one capsule of DHA & EPA per day is equivalent to eating fatty fish twice a week. In some cases, physicians may recommend larger quantities. Consult your ideal intake with your healthcare provider.


Intake
Preferably, take one or two capsules with a meal. When you take algae oil with healthy fats, your body can use more of the omega-3s, and more remains in your system over time. Food also helps the capsule find its way into the stomach more quickly. However, if you experience burping or bloating, you can try taking it before a meal.

You may also consider cutting open the capsule with scissors or a knife, or piercing it with a needle to add it to your foods. Mix the oil with coconut or almond milk, lemon-flavored yogurt, or a smoothie made with banana and almond milk, to keep the taste neutral.

Store in a dry, dark place and keep out of reach of young children.
