Testa Omega-3 DHA + EPA (current selection)
Is a complete Omega-3 product that is suitable for everyone, 1 capsule per day provides the perfect support for heart, brain and eyes. Testa Omega-3 DHA + EPA contains at least 450 mg Omega-3, or which more than 250 mg DHA and more than 125 mg EPA guaranteed per capsule. This product is very suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Testa Omega-3 DHA
Is suitable for people who like to have only DHA Omega-3 fatty acids or people who especially take the Omega-3 for eye and brain health. Testa Omega-3 DHA contains about 250 mg of Omega-3 in the form of DHA. It is an ideal supplement for pregnant women in combination with Testa Omega-3 DHA + EPA, because of the additional benefits that this combination offers for the fetus or infant.

To support your health, in combination with healthy foods, we recommend 1 capsule per day. One capsule of omega-3 per day is equal to eating fatty fish twice a week. In some cases, therapists may recommend a larger dosage.
Taking the supplement with fat-containing meals improves its absorption. If you take the algae oil during a meal, more omega-3 will end up in the body and a higher amount will remain there over time.
However, if you experience acid reflux after taking the algae oil, we recommend taking it before a meal instead. The food will help the capsule find its way to the stomach more easily.
You can also opt to cut open the capsule with scissors or a knife, or to prick it with a needle. The oil can also be mixed with a coconut or almond drink, yogurt (for example, with lemon flavor) or a smoothie with banana and almond milk. The oil mixes well with such substances and will have a neutral flavor.
The shelf life of the Testa Omega-3 capsules is at least 2 years after the production date, if stored at a (dry) room temperature between 15 – 25 Â° C, protected from sunlight (like other oils). Other manufacturers usually have a shelf life of 3 years, but Testa Omega-3 applies the strictest safety standards. The expiry date (month + year) is on the blister next to the batch number.
