Change, add or remove product
If you want to change, add or remove a product, you can send an e-mail to service@testa-omega3.com or contact us by phone at 020-8204529. We can be reached by telephone on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:30.

Pause subscription
The subscription can be paused in the meantime, for example if you go on holiday and do not wish to receive delivery in between. If you want to pause your subscription, you can send an e-mail to
service@testa-omega3.com or contact us by telephone on 020-8204529. We can be reached by telephone on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:30.

Adjust delivery date
We can adjust the delivery dates, in good consultation, so that you receive your deliveries earlier or later than initially planned. If you want to change the delivery date, you can send an e-mail to
service@testa-omega3.com or contact us by phone at 020-8204529. We can be reached by telephone on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:30.

Cancel subscription
You can cancel the subscription yourself within your account. To do this, go to ‘my subscription’ in the left column within your account. choose the subscription you want to cancel on the right and click on the ‘view’ button. In the next screen, click on the red button ‘change subscription details’ Then click on ‘end’. You will get another pop-up window asking if you are sure. After agreeing, the subscription is cancelled. If you need help with this, you can send an e-mail to service@testa-omega3.com or contact us by phone at 020-8204529. Change single order
It is not possible to change your order online yourself. Contact us via service@testa-omega3.com or via number 020-8204529 and we will help you with this. We can be reached by telephone on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:30.

Cancel single order
It is not possible to cancel your order online yourself. Contact us via service@testa-omega3.com or via number 020-8204529 and we will help you with this. We can be reached by telephone on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:30. We will handle your request as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we can only refund your purchase amount once your order has been received at our head office. The return costs are for your own account.

Refund request
Contact us via service@testa-omega3.com and we will take care of the reimbursement in case of a well-founded complaint.
