Yes, you can cut the capsule open with sharp scissors or a sharp kitchen knife or pierce it with a needle.

You can mix the oil with a green juice, coconut or almond drink, yogurt with, for example, lemon flavor or a smoothie with banana and almond milk. In such liquids the oil mixes well and the taste is neutral.
