How do I change, pause or cancel my subscription?
You can do this by sending an email to customerservice@testa-omega3.com.
They can adjust your personal details such as your address or the delivery date. It is also possible, instead of canceling your subscription, to temporarily pause your subscription.

The subscription can be paused in the meantime, for example if you are going on holiday and do not wish to receive delivery in between. We can also adjust the delivery dates, in consultation, so that you receive your deliveries earlier or later than initially planned. Once we have sent the delivery, we can no longer revoke or stop it. If you want to make changes to your deliveries, request them early by sending an email to: customerservice@testa-omega3.com.

We would like to hear what we can do for you. After we have made your change or cancellation, you will receive a confirmation message from us.
